This is originally a $130 drive, but it has been fetching closer to $275 lately at Amazon following the recent price hikes. Today’s deal takes roughly $95 off that more recent going rate, making it a lot easier on the wallet amid the ongoing shortages. It’s still higher than the prices we used to see before storage costs started climbing, but $180 is a much easier price to swallow in the current market. You’re getting a full 5TB of portable storage for well under $200, making this a solid option if you need a lot of extra space and don’t necessarily need the faster transfer speeds of an SSD.
