Amazon is offering what may be the final chance to score Segway’s Max G3 Electric Scooter down at $999.99 shipped, with it having been discontinued directly from Segway in favor of the new Max G3 Plus model, and comes in $150 lower than the best price we’ve seen on that new model. While it may have carried a $1,500 MSRP directly, it’s down from $1,200 at Amazon, and has been seen going as low as $1,000 in 2026. It was priced higher at $1,050 in the previous sale, but now its back down at the lowest price we have seen this year with $200 savings – plus, there are only 13 left at the time of writing this, so this may be the final chance to find it after they are gone.
With the new Segway Max G3 Plus taking center stage, as I mentioned, this may be the final chances to jump on the predecessor Max G3 electric scooter before its gone from the market. It’s a highly capable commuting solution and the blueprint for the newer model, coming with a 597Wh battery powering an 800W motor (2,000W peak) that can carry you for up to 50 miles on a 3.5-hour charge and max out at 28 MPH. What’s more, that already quick recharge time can be cut down to 2.5 hours using both AC and DC charging simultaneously.
It’s got a premium suite of smart features, including Apple Find My, Bluetooth proximity locking, and a Stability Enhancement System, and others. Of course, there’s also the mechanical features that include dual suspension, 11-inch self-sealing tires, the automatic 6W headlight, underglow deck lighting, and a 2,4-inch smart TFT display which provides navigation, caller ID, and smart charge management through your phone.
