Apple’s new 2026 M5 Max Mac Studio is now $50 off at Amazon

Alongside the return of the early launch deals on the much more affordable M6 Mac mini, those looking to step to the more powerful new 2026 Mac Studio Apple just released will find it sitting at a new all-time low on Amazon right now. 

Amazon is now offering the new M5 Max Mac Studio with 36GB of RAM and the 512GB storage down at $2,449 shipped. 

This is a regularly $2,499 machine with a solid $50 price drop. That’s certainly not a massive discount, but if you are looking to upgrade in the early days you might as well keep the $50 in your pocket – this $1 under the pre-order discount.

Amazon didn’t officially carry the previous Mac Studio configs so it is hard to predict how deal pricing might go on this one moving forward. It has, thus far, seen early launch deals similar to the new M6 Mac mini, but Amazon tends to get a little bit aggressive at launch on new Apple gear and it’s hard to say if this pro-grade machine will actually drop in price for Prime Day and Black Friday or not. It’s certainly not out of the question to see it at closer to $100 off or something along those lines later this year, but as of right now we can’t say with any level of confidence. 

Either way, early adopters can save some cash, and the early M6 Mac mini deals have returned on select configs for those who just don’t need the M5 Max power and 36GB of RAM:
