There are still some notable deals live on the latest M5 MacBook Air for less, but we wanted to circle back on the major $500 price drop Amazon is serving up on this 2TB M5 Pro MacBook Pro – both the Space Black and Silver models are now sitting at the heavily discounted sale price.
Amazon is currently offering the 14-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro with 24GB of RAM and 2TB of storage capacity down at $2,699 shipped.
This is matching the lowest price we have tracked in months, but you will now find it available on both the Space Black and Silver variants – the latter isn’t typically discounted quite as often as the black.
This is a regularly $3,199 machine and is now sitting at $500 off the list price. As we touched on previously, in a world where loads of tech deals are just bringing prices back down to the former MSRP, this particular discount is actually $100 less than the price this machine fetched before the sweeping Apple price increases in late June.
Again, there are some notable $100 and $150 price drops on the M5 MacBook Air that can net you a new current-generation MacBook for much less than this M5 Pro variant, but we are also talking about a far more powerful, future-proof machine, and one that carries the upgraded 18-core CPU and 20-core GPU setup.
