Samsung’s 512GB P9 Switch 2 Express microSD card hits lowest since price hikes at $100 (Nearly 50% off)

45% off/$100

We are now tracking a deal at Amazon, which drops Samsung’s 512GB P9 Express microSD card down to $99.99 shipped. This model originally launched around the $100 mark before climbing as high as $200, and it has more recently been fetching closer to $185. Today’s deal delivers nearly a 50% discount and takes $85 off its usual going rate. It dropped to $105 during fall Prime Day, but it’s now seeing an additional $5 discount to mark the best price we’ve tracked since the price hikes for this 512GB variant. Head below for more details.

Samsung’s P9 Express is a particularly good fit for newer devices like the Switch 2, where its transfer speeds of up to 800MB/s can actually make a difference. It comes in 256GB and 512GB capacities, giving you plenty of room for games, media, and other larger files without having to constantly manage storage. It’s also backward compatible with UHS-I and UHS-II hardware, so you’re not limited to using it with just the Switch 2. Samsung also rates the card for protection against water, extreme temperatures, and magnets, and backs it with a three-year warranty.

SanDisk’s 512GB Express microSD card is also down to $98 right now, making it another solid option if you want to shop around for alternatives. That’s the lowest price we’ve tracked for this model in 2026, and a sizable drop from its usual $150 going rate.
