In My Cart: Here is the gear we are scoring to elevate the iPhone Duo experience

The new iPhone Duo has officially arrived and it’s time to take stock of the gear we have in our carts to elevate the experience. Whether it’s the new Apple Pencil (USB-C), and fresh pair of AirPods Pro 3, a new leather case (or Apple’s sweet TechWoven model), or a power bank that actually fits, you can scope out the gear we are eyeing down below.

Apple Pencil (USB-C)

iPhone Duo only supports Apple Pencil (USB-C) and it might easily be the sweetest accessory you could have for a Duo. I’ve never been much of a stylus guy, if you know what I mean, but I think that might all change with Duo – Amazon also has the lowest price around right now.

SANDMARC Leather iPhone Duo Case

The Pitaka case is calling my name, but I love me some leather still and SANDMARC is making one of the best options out there under $100 – use our exclusive code to score the lowest price anywhere (SANDMARC gear is almost never on sale).

  • SANDMARC iPhone Duo Pro Leather Case $81 (Reg. $90)
  • Using code 9TO510 at checkout

I want at least some protection on the iPhone Duo, but the last thing I’d want is to make an already substantial foldable feel even thicker. PITAKA’s ultra-slim aramid fiber case looks like a much better middle ground, adding a thin layer of protection without hiding that titanium frame under a chunky shell. The 600D aramid fiber construction should keep it light, while the woven finish should add a bit more texture in hand. It also has MagSafe support, so it’ll still play nicely with the Baseus power bank I’ve already added to the cart.

Notably, Baseus’ official Amazon storefront is currently throwing in its own iPhone Duo case for FREE with that Picogo Air power bank as part of the launch deal.

  • Pitaka Woven Aramid Fiber slim case $60

Baseus Picogo Air iPhone Duo MagSafe power bank

Baseus’ new PicoGo Air AM72 feels like an easy day-one pick for the iPhone Duo because it’s actually designed around the foldable’s shorter, wider shape. Its 5,000mAh battery sits inside a slim 7.9mm shell, with 15W Qi2 magnetic charging and up to 25W over USB-C. The 1:1 footprint should also keep it from awkwardly hanging off the bottom like a lot of regular MagSafe battery packs might, which is exactly why I’d rather go with something purpose-built for the Duo.

  • Baseus Picogo Air AM72 iPhone Duo MagSafe power bank $60 (Reg. $80)
    • Use promo code PICOGO72F during checkout.

BMX Duo 5000mAh Power Bank

The BMX Duo Power Bank isn’t quite as minimalist and clean as the Baseus model above, nor is it as affordable, but it does have that sweet display and a built-in kickstand.

Apple 40W Dynamic Power Adapter

Apple’s 40W Dynamic Power Adapter with 60W max output feels like a no-brainer if you want the fastest wired charging speeds from the iPhone Duo. I’d pair it with the USB-C cable included in the box, with Apple claiming it can get the Duo to around 50% in just 20 minutes. It uses AVS to dynamically push up to 60W when needed, giving it more headroom than a typical fixed 45W charger. If you’d rather spend a little less, Anker’s new Nano Charger Neo is a solid alternative with a similar 45W–65W dynamic output in a compact form factor.
