Dyson offers its Hot + Cool Fan/Heater (AM09) at $249.99 shipped. Regularly up to $450, it normally goes for around $350 now and this beats our last mention and previous best by $30. We have seen it go lower only in refurbished condition, where it’s dropped to around $150. This fan from Dyson can either provide hot or cold air and is great for year-round circulation. Rated 3.9/5 stars.

If you just want something to keep you warm, the AmazonBasics 1500W Ceramic Space Heater is $30 shipped. It’s not as nice as Dyson’s above model and has areas on it which can burn little fingers if they get too close, but it’s a great budget-friendly option.

Dyson Hot + Cool Fan/Heater features:

  • Year-round use: quickly heats the whole room in winter with a powerful fan to cool you in summer
  • Patented Air Multiplier technology effectively projects heating or cooling into the room quickly and evenly for a comfortable environment
  • Intelligent thermostat monitors the room to reach and maintain your selected temperature in heat mode so there is no wasted energy
  • Safety: this fan heater has no exposed heating elements so there is no burning smell, no fast spinning blades for small fingers and paws, and if the machine is tipped over, it will automatically shut off
