  1. I couldn’t find where to enter the NEW10 promo code for new customers anywhere. So I decided not to buy it.

      Sorry for the confusion. The text field to enter the promo code is at the very end of the check-out process at Rakuten. Once you have entered your billing information and your payment method you will see your order summary and a blank field labeled “promo code”. The NEW10 code will only work if you have just registered with Rakuten today and have used a credit card not associated with any other account. If that is the case, it will work for you. I hope you found this helpful and still decide to get the D-Link camera.
