Gone are the days of complicated 5.1-channel home theater setups. If you’re anything like myself, a simple system that offers a number of features in a small package will do the job. There are a number of options available but two of our favorite come from Polk Audio. This week, we’ve partnered with Polk to giveaway the SB1 Wireless Multi-Room Soundbar and Subwoofer ($700 value) and a S2 Wireless Multi-room speaker ($180 value). The SB1 is one of Polk’s flagship home audio options. It it includes a 3.1-channel setup with an eight-inch wireless subwoofer. There is over 350 watts of total power in this system, which includes Dolby Digital decoding for virtual 5.1 surround sound. Polk uses SmartBar technology to pair your TV’s original remote with this soundbar, enabling volume control without the need for another device.

Additionally, the SB1 has support for DTS Play-Fi connectivity for linking and grouping multiple speakers together. Polk offers an entire line-up of multi-room speakers that pair with this system. The free Polk Omni app controls setup, playback and more from your iOS or Android device.

Speaking of multi-room speakers, the S2 Wireless from Polk offers the same Play-Fi support in a smaller package. It has two full-range two-inch drivers with a two-channel amplifier built-in. Volume and playback controls are on the speaker and can also be accessed via the Polk Omni app. This speaker can be paired with other options in Polk’s line-up to create a whole home audio solution.
