There are tons of apps on sale right now for the holidays, but this one may take the cake. Mac|Life is giving away free downloads of Pixelmator for Mac. You’ll have to do a bit of legwork (no personal information required!), but it’s definitely worth it. This blockbuster app usually sells for $30 and has never been priced below $15. In order to get access to the free download all you have to do is head to this special promo page and answer a trivia question about the latest issue of Mac|Life magazine. If you’re not a Mac|Life subscriber, you can download the iOS app and activate a free trial, but honestly that’s probably not necessary. The questions aren’t difficult. I don’t have access to Mac|Life magazine and I was able to easily guess two different trivia questions.
