The new MacBook Pro is a full-featured machine with a beautiful Retina display and cool tech like Apple’s Touch Bar and Touch ID sensor. This model has a 2.9GHz Intel Core i5 processor, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD. Additional features include four Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports, Intel Iris Graphics and 802.11ac Wi-Fi. A few of us picked up this model at launch and have been really pleased with the larger Trackpad and second generation butterfly keyboard.

B&H also has the larger 15-inch model with 2.7GHz processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD (model MLH42LL/A) for $2,599 (Reg. $2,799). You can also find the entry-level 13-inch non-Touch Bar version listed at $1,374 (Reg. $1,499).

ICYMI: Apple’s 12-inch MacBook is up to $200 off right now at B&H (Tax NY only), prices start at $1,199 shipped.

The Touch Bar places controls right at your fingertips and adapts to different apps to provide useful functions without having to navigate complex menus or memorize keyboard shortcuts. Replacing the function keys in the top row of the keyboard, the Touch Bar features a Retina-quality display and supports multi-touch input. The power button has been upgraded with a Touch ID sensor, so you can quickly log into your MacBook Pro using your fingerprint. You can also use Touch ID to make purchases over the web, thanks to Apple Pay. Touch ID enables a quick, accurate reading of your fingerprint and uses sophisticated algorithms to recognize and match it with the Secure Enclave in the Apple T1 chip.
