Final Fantasy deals: Advent Children & Spirits Within Blu-rays $6 ea, World of Final Fantasy from $20, more

The latest main entry in the Final Fantasy series released recently to favorable reviews despite a somewhat drastic departure with its real-time combat system. This morning we featured one of the best deals we have seen thus far on the 15th major Final Fantasy release, and now some it’s time for some Blu-rays.

Amazon is offering the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Blu-ray (Eng/Fre/Jap, 2005) and the Final Fantasy The Spirits Within Blu-ray (Eng/Fre, 2001) for $5.99 eachBoth of which are matched as part of Best Buy’s Deals of the Day and currently listed at the lowest we can find. This is also the best price Amazon has ever offered them for. More details below.

In other Final Fantasy deals, we still have a solid offer on World of Final Fantasy on PS4 for $39.99 shipped (Reg. $50) and on Vita for just $19.99 (Reg. $30+) over at Amazon right now.

Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within

The first feature-length motion picture to use computer-generated imagery to create not only effects, props, and environments but also the human cast members themselves, this lavish science-fiction adventure follows closely on the heels of another video game-based film, Tomb Raider (2001). Ming-Na provides the voice of Dr. Aki Ross, a female scientist in the year 2065, a time when Earth has been overrun by extraterrestrial phantoms borne of a crashed meteor. Humans have been pushed back to cities protected by barriers that keep the marauding space monsters away, but time is running out.
