This bundle includes the iOS/Android-controlled Remote Control Coon Mobile, South Park: The Fractured but Whole Gold Edition with SteelBook and a Season Pass subscription for all future DLC. For comparison, just the gold version for this game goes for this much without all the extra goodies on Amazon. As for ratings, it looks like there was some mix-ups late last year that caused some negativity. While it appears to be all fixed up now, this is straight from Amazon so you shouldn’t have issues returning it should something go wrong anyway.
