FreedomPop is currently offering a free trial of its 4G LTE service that includes 2GB of “premium” monthly data. All you need to do is purchase a sim card for $0.01 to get started. After the free month of premium data is up, you can continue for $12 per month or downgrade to Freedom Pop’s basic plan for free. This offer includes a 3-in-1 sim card designed for standard, micro or nano devices. Ideal for kids or grandparents in need of a few gigabytes of data. If you register for a “beta” FreedomPop Account or other pre-release version of the Site and Services (“Beta Release”), you acknowledge and agree that the Beta Release may contain, in FreedomPop’s sole discretion, more or fewer features or different licensing terms than a subsequent commercial release version of the Site and/or Services that may be offered. You further acknowledge and agree that any “beta” FreedomPop Account will automatically convert to a commercial release version FreedomPop Account upon the launch date of the Site and Services to the public (“Public Launch Date”). If you do not wish to continue using the Site or Services after the Public Launch Date, you may contact FreedomPop to terminate your subscription to the Services in accordance with the terms set forth below in the section titled “Termination”. While FreedomPop generally intends to distribute commercial release versions of the Site and Services, FreedomPop reserves the right not to release later commercial release versions of any Beta Release. Without limiting any disclaimer of warranty or other limitation stated in these Terms, you agree that any Beta Release is not considered by FreedomPop to be suitable for commercial use, and that it may contain errors affecting its proper operation.
