Amazon offers the WD Black 500GB High-Performance NVMe PCIe internal solid state drive for $169.99 shipped. Originally $230, this SSD has sold for closer to $200 recently and this is the lowest we’ve tracked historically. Western Digital recently released these SSDs, which boast read speeds of 3,400 MB/s. NVMe is a great technology for super-fast I/O speeds in a very compact form factor. Rated 4.5/5 stars.

Also on sale at Amazon is the 250GB version for $94.99 shipped (Reg. $110+).
