Hurom’s new H-AI Slow Juicer is the first to bring self-feeding technology to the US & Canada

Hurom, a company based in South Korea, has released its latest juicer. The new H-AI Slow Juicer is the first of its kind to be released in the United States with a self-feeding feature that chops and pushes ingredients down on its own. The company claims that its newest juicer mimics the motion of hand squeezing due to a slow speed of just 60 revolutions per minute, allowing you to enjoy fresher juice with a more authentic taste.

With over 40 years of experience in this industry, you can bet that Hurom knows what it’s doing in this field. The company’s latest juicer lands on the top of the Alpha Series line-up, joining the H-AA and HZ slow juicers. Both of which are a bit pricier than similar options from Omega or SKG, but this is typical for a brand of this caliber.

The first thing that stands out about the juicer is its polished look. Just like all of Hurom’s products, the company has put in the extra effort to make this juicer look high-end. Although it is made from plastic, at first glance it does look like it could be made from aluminum, especially when viewing the Platinum Silver color option. Hurom also offers the H-AI in Rose Gold and Slate Blue.

The company’s marketing video wastes no time showing off the new self-feeding feature that is made possible by its automatic, spinning blades. The brief 30-second clip also manages to call-out easier cleaning and a vertical pulp outlet.

Hurom claims that the H-AI is so good at removing juice from ingredients that users can expect the disposed pulp to be bone-dry. If you enjoy a bit of pulp in your juice, the H-AI has a control level that pairs with fine and coarse strainers, allowing you fine-tune it to just the way you like it.

Something that you may not expect to hear is that this juicer operates quietly. This is due to the choice to implement a motor that is almost entirely silent, allowing you to enjoy juice during the day or night without the worry of disturbing others, which is quite common with many juicers.

With the release of the H-AI, Hurom now offers a total of nine juicers on its website, giving you plenty of options to choose from. Prices start as low as $149 for the Citrus Juicer, and top out at $699 for the H-AE, H-AF, and the brand new H-AI.

Although the H-AI is not available from third-parties like most of its other juicers yet, we anticipate that occurring in the near future. Until that happens, customers can purchase the new juicer directly from Hurom.
