Toca Boca makes some of the best and most highly-rated educational/kids’ apps out there. While deals on its colorful Toca games can be hard to come by, one of its best is on sale today. Toca Life: Town is regularly $4 on the App Store but can now be downloaded for all your iOS devices for free. This is the first time we have seen this one go free in years and it was updated a few months back with loads of new content. It is completely void of annoying IAPs and advertising too. Fortunately, we also spotted this one for Android users over at Google Play as well. Both versions combine for a 4+ star rating from around 9,000 users. More details below.

While we are talking kid-friendly apps, we also spotted My Town: Police for free on iOS (Reg. $3, always free on Android). Otherwise, hit up this morning’s roundup for deals on Double Fine adventure games and more.

iOS Universal: Toca Life: Town: FREE (Reg. $4)
