Enbrighten’s new permanent outdoor Google Home smart lights set the vibe for Eternity with some serious curb appeal

Jasco Eternity Enbrighten Google Home Smart Lights

Enbrighten is setting the vibes for Eternity with the latest expansion to its smart lighting lineup. One trend we have been seeing among smart home lighting brands over the last several months is the release of smart permanent outdoor lighting – app- and voice-controlled lighting sets designed to be installed on the outside of your home or in outdoor spaces that are made to stay there, year-round. Many of which are geared towards delivering ambiance of all sorts, from soft white illumination to vibrant and colorful themed vibes for the holidays, and the latest comes by way of the new Enbrighten Eternity Lights. Now available for purchase, all of the details are waiting down below.

Enbrighten ups your curb appeal and sets the vibe year round with new outdoor Eternity smart lights

Whether you’re turning up for major sporting events or a house party, setting the spooky vibes for Halloween, or getting in the spirit come the end of December, the new Eternity smart lights are designed to be installed once, and deliver enough customization app-side to do all of it.

For me, the highlights of these permanent lighting kits are two fold; you don’t have to go up a ladder to install the Christmas lights every year and, two, you can deliver some serious curb appeal to your home with the variable warm and cool white tones all year round. Again, Enbrighten’s latest is ready for both.

The company says its Eternity lights deliver state-of-the-art RGBWIC LEDs for vivid true-color illumination across the spectrum – millions of colors as well as both cooler daylight and dimmable warmer white tones.

As I’m sure you can imagine, these Google Home and Alexa smart light sets are controllable via voice commands and the companion app to deliver a bevy of personalization options (the lights pair to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi through the Enbrighten app). This is where you can customize the color options, experiment with the brand’s dynamic combination FX modes, and more. Users can create schedules and templates to flip between color treatments with a single button here.

As promised, and as the name suggests, you’re looking at what the brand calls lifetime DIY installation. These lights are made to be put in place and stay there for good, or until you need to make adjustments or add more to your setup.

These all-in-one kits come in two sizes; 50 feet of strands totaling 36 LEDs or 100 feet with a total of 76 LEDs. They also come with Enbrighten’s patent-pending mounting brackets that get permanently screwed in place (screws, cord clips, 3M VHB tape, a power supply with a 20-foot cable, and a 10-foot extension cable are also included in the package). You snap the light strands into the brackets and then secure them in place with the screws and tape – the strands can be cut to your desired length for a better fit and the system supports a total of 200 feet of strands, for the record.

The new Enbrighten smart Eternity Outdoor lights are now available for purchase via Amazon in both the 50- and 100-foot strands in your choice of black or white colors to better match your setup. They are listed at $159.99 and $249.99, respectively.

Enbrighten is entering an increasingly competitive product category here. The permanent outdoor smart lighting niche is a busy one, with popular options from Govee, Anker, and others having already been on the market for some time. It might have been nice to see some Matter support on the brand’s latest, but that would likely drive the price way up – the Matter Govee sets starts at $400 for the 100-foot set – and, all things considered, the Enbrighten Eternity set is quite competitively priced in its vertical – a 100-foot run of comparable eufy Permanent Outdoor Lights is regularly $300 (on sale for $200 at the time of writing).
