While we have been big fans of the Elevation Lab AirTag mounts and holders for sometime, we just spotted some new waterproof models from Belkin. The popular accessory brand already makes a range of, let’s call it, more casual AirTag keychains and holders, but this time it is looking to keep your Apple item trackers safe from the elements with adhesive capabilities so you can stick them just about anywhere. Now available for purchase starting from $13 Prime shipped, be sure to head below for more details.

New submergible waterproof Belkin AirTag holders

Belkin’s latest AirTag solution comes in the form of a small, rounded 2-piece shell of sorts that screws together to encapsulate your item tracker. There’s also a slot on the back you can use to tighten the seal further using a coin or key.

They are listed with an IPX8 waterproof rating “designed to keep your AirTag completely covered and protected from sweat, rain, and more” – they can apparently even safeguard an AirTag when “fully submerged.”

And despite the O-ring/gasket screw-lock design and waterproof seal here, Belkin says the holder does not “interfere with AirTag’s UltraWide band signal, ensuring you can track your AirTag just as easily as if it were not covered at all.”

There are no specifics on the actual construction materials beyond that as of right now, but it does look like some sort of hard plastic design and, hopefully, one that can take as much of a beating as the rest of the features suggest it should.

The last element of the package here is the adhesive. It makes use of a peel-and-stick adhesive backing made of 3M VHB tape so you “can easily and securely stick the holder” to your gear – “skis, watercrafts, power tools, and an endless list of other belongings with a durable water-and-dirt-resistant seal.”

These new Belkin waterproof AirTag holders have appeared on Amazon for purchase ahead of the June 21 release date starting from $12.99 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $25. You’ll also find some additional value with the 2-pack at $19.99 or the 4-pack selling for $34.99 – or $8.75 per holder.
