LEGO is offering a discount on the latest Marvel Hulkbuster 76210 for $384.99 shipped, with the price also matched at Amazon. Normally selling for $550, it has spent much of the new year so far bouncing around prices in smaller increments over at Amazon, often keeping above $415. We saw it hit one of its best prices back in March, where it fell to $332, with today’s deal being the first notable price cut since as a $165 markdown that returns it among some of the best prices we have tracked – just $60 above the all-time low from last year’s Black Friday sales.
This is the latest Iron Man Hulkbuster build set that stacks up to 4,049 pieces, arriving with the UCS-style treatment that is more common among Star Wars sets. It stands at a massive 20.5-inch tall design that has plenty of intricate details and cool features within its brick work, including three light-up arc reactors (one in the chest, and one in each hand), a fully-jointed upper body, and even an opening cockpit that can house the LEGO Marvel Iron Man Figure 76206 (sold separately). You’ll also get an exclusive Tony Stark minifigure along with this set, half-suited up in his Iron Man armor.
It’s no secret that this model has failed to sell well amongst MCU fans and LEGO collectors alike, most likely prompting the more frequent discounts we’ve seen in the last 6 months alone. But one of its saving graces actually comes from outside LEGO, where famed builder Ransom Fern has shown that you can use the included bricks in the set to build a far superior final model, for those looking for a challenge.
