Today only, Target is offering its Circle members (free to sign up) a chance to score the OG Apple Watch Ultra in brand new condition down at $479.99 shipped. You’re looking at an originally $799 Apple wearable seeing a sizable $319 price drop to deliver one of the lowest prices we have ever tracked on Apple Watch Ultra 1 in brand new condition. For the record, the Ultra 2 has never dropped anywhere near as low as this one – seeing that anywhere under $700 is particularly notable still.
For further comparison, our previous mentions on the original Apple Watch Ultra had Amazon Premium Renewed (refurbished) units at $449 (this deal is still live) – this is among the best prices we ever track on the Ultra 1, but it’s now just $20 more in brand new condition at Target through day’s end.
As of right now, the best prices you’ll find on the Ultra 2 are Amazon’s listing of the new black model starting from $734.99 shipped – the natural titanium colorway has now jumped up from the $689 we were tracking a couple weeks ago to something much closer to full price.
The Apple Watch Ultra 1 remains a compelling option at a price like this in my opinion. It looks very similar to the newer model and wraps around your wrist with a similar feature set too – or at least with the same features most folks will actually make use of on a regular basis. The display is still a solid one and it still looks even nicer than the new Series 10 models on the wrist, in my opinion (if you can make the 49mm form-factor work for you anyway.
Apple Watch Ultra features:
