Details on Amazon’s upcoming Black Friday sale have now arrived. Amazon is, will be, and has long been a major player in the Black Friday game with massive price drops landing well ahead of Thanksgiving and Black Friday proper, before carrying right through until Cyber Monday, and we will be seeing much of the same this year. The major retailer has now taken to its official news feed to highlight some of the upcoming details on the Amazon Black Friday sale and we are here to put them front and center for everyone to make sure you’re ready to go.
Amazon’s Black Friday event
Much like we saw with Walmart earlier this morning, Amazon has now taken to its official news feed to detail what customers can expect starting in just a couple weeks time for its 2024 Black Friday event.
It, as expected, will be offering “tons of deals on all kinds of products,” including discounts across just about all major product categories including tech, home goods, clothing, toys, smart home gear, its in-house products, and a whole lot more.
As far as anything more concrete than that, Amazon, at least for now, is keeping the actual deals close to its chest not saying much more than it will have “tons of great deals across all different categories. Check back soon for more information.”
When does Amazon’s Black Friday sale start?
Officially speaking, Black Friday is always the first Friday right after Thanksgiving here in the US, which puts Amazon’s official Black Friday event starting on November 29, 2024. Cyber Monday, as most of us already know, is the following Monday, December 2 in 2024, and the Amazon Black Friday deals will not only be carrying through but we are exciting to see new price drops come very early Monday morning.
While Amazon isn’t giving out any other dates at this time, it, historically speaking, always has notable price drops popping up throughout the week leading up to Thanksgiving and will almost certainly have deals kicking off well before that. Much like we see for its twice yearly Prime Day events, it tends to start the Black Friday deals on its in-house tech – Echo smart devices, as well as Fire tablets, Fire TV gear, Ring and Blink smart home tech, and more – well ahead of its Black Friday event. We wouldn’t be surprised to see these deals going live as early as November 17 or November 24, but frankly it could be even sooner than that.
What will Amazon have on sale for Black Friday in 2024?
Well, as mentioned above, we don’t know just yet, but you can bet it will be just about everything and anything. It is highlighting the Amazon Deals page right now, which has historically been the landing page for all of its Black Friday deals, and will once again in 2024.
It is also reminding shoppers that Alexa can help out with notifications on the deals folks know they are going to be after, but you’ll want to keep your eye on our social feeds and home page well ahead of Black Friday 2024 and leading right up until the main event as price drops will be flying on deals all throughout the day and night, some of which will get even better as the sale event rolls on and our staff will be tracking all of them around the clock.
