Our Best of Black Friday posts are continuing today with a focus on EVs. For many folks across the country, money is far too tight to justify buying a car for travel around town, while others are looking to specifically lessen their carbon footprint and find alternative commuting options – especially in areas that may not have robust public transport. Luckily, right now is the best time to shop as many popular brands have opened their seasonal savings events on e-bikes and e-scooters, some of them in full at the same time that others are gradually dropping deals in short-term flash sales leading up to November 29. We’ve got massive savings across many of the most popular brands, including Lectric, Aventon, MOD Bikes, Tenways, ENGWE, Heybike, and so much more – all collected together and curated for your one-stop shopping pleasure.
Lectric eBikes
While the e-bikes themselves very rarely get actual price cuts, Lectric sets itself apart from other brands by offering its e-bikes with significant bundles of free add-on gear. On top of these larger-than-average packages that we’re seeing currently, the brand is also offering further discounts on additional gear outside the bundles by way of 30% discounts and even deals of the day that are providing some of the best opportunities to upgrade your riding experience further.
Lectric is one of the biggest and best contenders on the market and it’s no secret that not long ago, the brand’s XP 3.0 e-bikes were reported to be the third-most sold EV behind two Tesla vehicles (the only e-bike on the top 10 list, mind you). Not only do they start at incredibly affordable prices for higher-quality designs over most entry-level models, with the standard models at $999 while the long-range models run a bit higher at $1,199, but you’ll also be getting $454 in free add-on gear that further expands their capabilities. The brand’s new XP Lite 2.0 e-bikes are also a good option if you’re in need of a lighter and even more compact solution (but they do provide less get-up-and-go power), with prices starting at $799, though these standard models aren’t getting the free bundles of $365 in gear that the long-range models are getting starting from $999.

Now, if you’re primary necessity aside from commuting power is hauling cargo around town, your best bet during this sale is the XPedition Cargo e-bikes that come in both single-battery and dual-battery formats for $1,399 (with $406 in free gear) and $1,699 (with $455 in free gear), respectively. Considered one of the best cargo e-bikes on the market, they also provide some serious mileage of 75 miles for the single-battery models and an equally impressive 150 miles of travel with the dual batteries – beating out most contender models in the same price range that often don’t go over 45/60 miles.
Of course, depending on how you like your e-bikes to function, whether you’re focused on its pedal assist effectiveness, its ability to handle off-road ventures, or just its general aesthetics – the brand’s other models are worth as much consideration too. Check out the full scope of Lectric’s Black Friday sale here.

MOD Bikes
MOD is a brand that is not only putting out some high-quality e-bikes, but it is actively looking to do so at more and more affordable rates – with the brand kicking off its Black Friday sale by permanently lowering costs by up to $1,100 across the board on top of the additional $200 to $400 in discounts too. There is a clear standout among the growing lineup, as the Easy 3 e-bike (and its counterparts) provides some unique motorcycle-inspired designs with high-rated parts and even comes with an alternative sidecar attachment design. I’ve been riding one for a little while now and it has become one of my personal favorites, always bound to get compliments and interest the moment I roll into the streets. And if you like the chopper aesthetic, then you’ll likely appreciate the Easy Ape Hanger 3’s design on that front.
MOD even just released a new limited edition Easy SideCar Sahara e-bike that takes the Easy 3 SideCar’s designs a step further by adding some thoughtful upgrades. There’s the sand-beige colorway with minimalist graphics, a dual-crown motorcycle-style suspension on the front fork of the e-bike – plus, the sidecar has been given two headlights, a taillight, a detachable seat/seatbelt, a small cargo rack, and even a doggie door on its backside.
Coming with a truly impressive list of features for their pricing, aside from the slight differences that I pointed out on certain models, they share the same performance specs, delivering a 28 MPH top speed (with torque-sensing PAS) and a travel range of 50 miles per battery.
- Easy 3 e-bike: $2,199 (Reg. $2,399)
- Permanently down from original $3,299
- Easy Ape Hanger 3: $2,199 (Reg. $2,399)
- Permanently down from original $3,299
- Easy SideCar 3 e-bike: $3,499 (Reg. $3,899)
- Permanently down from original $4,799
- Easy SideCar Sahara e-bike: $3,499 (Reg. $3,899)

Tenways
Tenways is a brand that often gets slept on by many, but has consistently held itself to higher standards. The best of the four offers during this savings season happens to be on the CGO600 Pro e-bikes at $500 off (their lowest prices to date) and coming with $118 in free gear, of which there is a choice between a belt-drive model at $1,299 and a new 8-speed chain-drive model at $1,399. You’ll get a solid 53 miles of travel at speeds up to 20 MPH with four levels of torque-sensing pedal assistance. There’s no throttle here for pure electric action though, which, with some other design features, lends to a 37-pound weight that makes it much more manageable for folks in urban areas and/or those living in walk-up apartment buildings.
And Tenways’ other three models in this sale provide even more expansive features, with each getting larger bundle packages too.

Juiced Bikes
For folks who may be long-time e-bike enthusiasts or newcomers with a hunger for in-depth knowledge about the industry, you will likely know of Juiced’s veteran history and its current financial standing. While the direct website has been completely out of stock for some time, hard-core fans of the brand can score the absolute best deals on a selection of its e-bikes that are up for clearance sale through Velowave. These are the best rates we’ve seen in their history – one of which is the newest JetCurrent Pro – and it does sadden me to write this, as a giant of the early e-bike days is dying rapidly to provide up to $1,899 in savings.
One thing to keep in mind here though, it’s fairly obvious that the company is collapsing and as such they are selling off assets in the process on top of ignoring customer inquiries for repair jobs. You will likely have no direct technical support for repairs, parts, and the like from Juiced anymore, so be sure to either already know someone who can help you if things go wrong, or know how to fix things yourself.
- Scorpion X2 Moped-Style e-bike: $1,300 (Reg. $1,899)

NIU
Taking a quick sidestep over to e-scooter sales, NIU is currently offering up to 64% early Black Friday discounts across its lineup of KQi electric scooters that will continue through November 17. I can’t say if this will be the extent of its seasonal event, but for the next week, you’ll have ample opportunity to add any of these models to your commute with solid savings. You can check out the entire selection of deals by following the link here, or browse through the list below of my notable picks, many of which won’t weigh as heavily on your wallet as e-bike purchases might.

Aventon Bikes
Thanks to the tariffs being placed on imports for e-bikes, as well as imported parts, Aventon seems to have responded by offering fewer sales during 2024 than we’ve seen in past years while also raising its starting prices. Its Black Friday pricing is not awe-inspiring like it was this same time last year. With that being said, there are two particularly strong deals being offered, with no telling if the brand plans to go further with the savings as we get closer to November 29 and beyond.
The first of these two standout deals is on the Pace 500.3 Step-Over e-bike at $1,599 and the Pace 500.3 Step-Through e-bike, also down at $1,599. As I said before, thanks to the summer’s tariffs, we’ve seen this model go much lower in price in the past, but it’s looking like we won’t be seeing those rates (and as massive of bundle packages) again anytime soon. Despite that sad observation, you’re still getting a solid $200 slashed off the normal price tag, on top of a free extra battery that doubles its mileage up to 120 miles – giving you $700 in total savings this season.
Urban residents and commuters will want to also consider the Soltera.2 e-bike that is down at $999, which has only ever been beaten out by the pre-tariff $799 low that we saw once this year in May (and likely never again at the way things are poised to go). Weighing in at 46 pounds, this is another of the more manageable models on our list for apartment dwellers who don’t have the garage space to house larger and/or bulkier e-bikes.

ENGWE Bikes
One of the best brands to consider if you’re really looking for a lower-priced e-bike, ENGWE has been picking up the slack lately where larger, more expensive brands have fallen short by raising prices. There’s tons of savings to take advantage of here, with plenty of bonus savings deals like the free gifts on orders over $999. What’s more, the brand is doing four rounds of lottery drawings (Nov 11, 18, 25, and Dec 2) with two winners in each – all of them winning a full refund on their purchases during this sale.
You’ll find options like the L20 2.0 e-bike for $699, which provides some serious commuting power despite the low cost, with 20 MPH to 28 MPH top speeds (depending on whether you’re riding full electric or using its PAS) and 68 to 80 miles of travel, depending on riding conditions. This is the second-lowest price we have tracked, only beaten by one sale from over the summer that listed it for $50 less.

Hiboy
You’ll find discounts taking up to 50% off this brand’s e-bikes and e-scooters through November 20, with plenty of options for folks who want either a reliable e-bike or e-scooter. For e-bikes, the 2024 P6 Fat-Tire e-bike is down at a new all-time low of $940 (and also matching in price at Amazon), saving you $540 off its usual going rate. It’s a great option for those who will be commuting over hills and slopes, as it can handle 20% inclines with ease at 28 MPH top speeds and even delivers up to 62 miles of travel on a single charge. There’s also the popular EX6 Step-Thru Fat-Tire e-bike that returned to its $800 low in this sale, which gives you a 25 MPH top speed and a maximum of 75 miles of travel (though this depends on the riding modes you cruise with). You can also grab the latest release, the EX7 Full Suspension e-bike at $650 off its $2,000 price tag, which gives you the speed of the P6 and the travel distance of the EX6, while also offering a solid array of upgraded features.
In terms of the brand’s e-scooters, you can certainly save a bunch of money if you’re commute is on the shorter side of the spectrum with the S2 Electric Scooter that will carry you up to 17 miles at 19 MPH for $300, down from $600 and also matching in price at Amazon. Of course, there are equally great savings on a few other models that offer more speed, more mileage, and/or more impressive features too.

- 19 MPH for up to 25 miles
- falls from $500 to $394 at checkout

- 23 MPH for up to 37.3 miles
- And much more…

Rad Power
One of the biggest brands we cover here, and another veteran e-bike manufacturer that has reigned atop the hill alongside Juiced, Lectric, and more – Rad Power began 2024 with a bang by permanently dropping prices across its lineup, only to be faced with the summer’s sudden tariffs (which has not affected most of its models, but maybe the cause of the shrinking sizes of discounts in comparison with the massive price cuts we saw last year. It should also be noted that Rad has been dropping frequent sales with more focused discounts on particular models (with some of the biggest heralding model discontinuation, ie, the RadCity 5 Plus).
Currently, we’re only seeing up to $300 in savings during its November sales so far, and while I can’t say for sure just what it has planned as we approach November 29, or further to December 2, you can at least get some decent cash discounts and/or free accessories thrown in on three models until November 13, at which point the sale will once again switch up its offers (which I will update as I know more).
- RadRover 6 Plus Fat-Tire e-bike: $1,399 (Reg. $1,599)
- 20 MPH for up to 45+ miles
- RadRunner Plus Utility e-bike: $1,699 (Reg. $1,799)
- 20 MPH for up to 45+ miles
- comes with free accessory under $200
- discount automatically applied in cart
- RadRunner 3 Plus Utility e-bike: $2,199 (no price change)
- 20 MPH for up to 45+ miles
- comes with free accessory under $200
- discount automatically applied in cart

Segway
Another great electric scooter option, I cannot recommend Segway’s Ninebot models enough after having an E22 e-scooter since 2020 that is still going strong despite my aggressive and semi-abusive usage of it. Right now we’re seeing some common discounts that have raised back up in price a bit since the brand’s Halloween sale ended at the beginning of the month. While you can certainly check out the current offers through our coverage here, we are aware that Segway will be offering much bigger EV deals starting November 17 and running all the way through Cyber Monday. So, if you want to score the best savings on a Segway Ninebot EV, I recommend waiting it out until its official Black Friday sales begin – and of course, we’ll be updating you with the sale’s info once it has gone live.
While we’ve highlighted our favorite Black Friday deals here today, the deals are far from limited to this collection, with even more collected together in our Green Deals hub. You can also keep an eye out in our Best of Black Friday 2024 hub for even more roundups of the best savings we’re seeing this season.
