Review: Navee’s UT5 Ultra X SuperScooter is a golden supercar-inspired monster that thrill seekers will love

A scooter on grass
Hands-on/Navee

I’ve been a fan of Navee’s electric scooters since I first went hands-on with the feature-packed ST3 Pro Electric Scooter last summer. I came away from the experience highly impressed, and even declared that, as a long-time Segway rider, the popular brand has a challenger with that series. This year, Navee has really stepped up its game and challenged Segway’s newest SuperScooter with its own supercar-inspired UT5 Ultra X Electric SuperScooter that sports monstrous dual-motor power, insane speeds, a 75-mile travel range, all the smart features you could want, and more. It’s truly a thrill-seeker’s delight, and looks as premium with its golden colorway, not to mention while carrying NBA legend Kevin Garnett’s signature/seal of approval. Review: Segway’s Ninebot E3 Pro electric scooter is a smart and upgraded ride that gives plenty of bang for every buck

A scooter on the ground
Segway/Ninebot

I hopped on my first Segway back in 2020, when I picked up the Ninebot E22 Electric Scooter that has carried me across Brooklyn and exceeded all expectations of what a basic low-end model could do for as long as it has. Never once have I had problems with it (aside from its limited travel range of up to 14 miles not able to go further distances) – even with how rough I tend to ride it. It’s this and several other reasons that I was eager to get ahold of Segway’s newest Ninebot E3 Pro Electric Scooter. Not only is it a great step up from the basic performance of my previous model, it comes in at a relatively low price for what you’re getting. Review: The ST3 Pro e-scooter brings serious suspension alongside smart controls and more as Navee’s latest flagship

A scooter in the grass

As a long-time rider of Segway electric scooters, my expectations are quite high for new brands looking to climb their way up to the standard that the household-name has set in stone at this point. Only within the last few months did Navee come onto my radar, with the brand offering me the chance to test out its latest flagship model, the ST3 Pro Electric Scooter, which has been quite the surprise, to say the least. At first, it seemed like it was full of gimmicks that were destined to fail, but after riding around for several weeks now, I can happily say that Segway may just have found a new challenger. Head below to get my hands-on impressions of this high-end e-scooter that still retains accessible pricing for the stunning list of features.

What we love

If you’ve got a Tesla, this is one of those accessories that I think is worth keeping inside of it at all times. The kit includes four jack lifting pads that Spigen touts as able to “guard your Tesla’s chassis and battery from damage during a jack or lift for safe roadside assistance.” Since these are magnetic, they all snap together and are easy to stown inside of the included case.
