Amazon has now brought back its Black Friday lows on the white and black Sonos Ace Noise Cancelling Headphones at $349 shipped. Regularly $449, this is a straight $100 price drop and the lowest price we can find. Today’s deal lands on par with the Black Friday pricing we spotted at Amazon last year – the only time they have sold for less was during a one-day B&H sale that had the white set at $299. Today’s deal is also matched directly at Sonos as part of its Super Bowl sale on home theater and audio gear.
While Sonos has had some issues with its app over the last little while, this doesn’t really have much of an effect on the headphones themselves once they are setup and ready to go.
After getting a chance to test the Ace out at launch, we came away quite impressed, saying they “set a new standard in consumer headphones.”
The cans feature Active Noise Cancellation that “pinpoints and neutralizes external sounds for maximum immersion,” while the Aware mode allows you to “hear what’s going on around you.” You’ll find up to 30 hours of battery life with the ANC action engaged alongside an extra 3 hours of listening time after a 3-minute quick charge.
