Dell has debuted a new variant of its popular Alienware Aurora R16 gaming desktop that comes with NVIDIA’s latest RTX 5080 graphics card. Unlike many other gaming PCs on the market with this particular GPU, though, Dell has surprisingly priced it pretty competitively, especially when you look at the pricing and availability of the competing models out there. You’ll find the Alienware Aurora R16 gaming desktop with Intel Core Ultra 7 processor 265F processor and an RTX 5080 GPU going for $2,299 shipped. This config delivers a great value for your money considering it’s as much as $500 less than the most affordable RTX 5080 gaming PC we could find on Amazon. The latest Aurora R16 desktop is similar to the other models that we feature a lot around here. It’s a solid machine that’s powered by Intel’s Core Ultra 7 processor 265F processor and comes with 16GB RAM and 1TB NVMe SSD. The highlight here, however, is the RTX 5080 graphics card with 16GB GDDR7 VRAM. This is NVIDIA’s latest and greatest GPU that debuted last month alongside other cards in the RTX 50-series.
