Arguably the greatest and most adorable new release for Star Wars Day is now up for pre-order as the new life-size Grogu collectible figure from Hot Toys is now live. We loved our time with previous iterations of these life-sized Grogu figures, but this latest Hot Toys release is even more impressive if you ask me – the details in the face alone are seriously impressive. Now up for pre-sale and starting to ship in June, you can secure one right now for $270 before they (probably) sell out.
Must-see new life-sized Grogu figure
It’s really not a proper Star Wars Day without a life-sized Grogu in the mix, and we are certainly getting one this year. Now just days away from the May the 4th be with you celebrations for 2025, the latest epic collectible from a galaxy far, far away has arrived.
Once a student at the Jedi Temple on Coruscant, Grogu survived Order 66 and was hidden away. After the birth of the New Republic, a Mandalorian bounty hunter named Din Djarin found Grogu and rescued the Force-sensitive alien from the Imperial remnant. Grogu and Din Djarin traveled the galaxy as a clan of two as Grogu’s attachment to Djarin gets strong.
This figure was based on Grogu’s appearance in The Mandalorian with a “newly developed head sculpt” and “white fabric hair.” It also has articulated arms and legs so you can pose the most adorable life form in the galaxy however you want, alongside a “carefully tailored fabric robe, and a crossbody bag that any Grogu’s parent can use to travel with.”
Before embarking on a silver screen adventure with the Din’s in 2026, it’s best to reserve a life-size Grogu and delve yourself into the world of The Mandalorian. This is the way.
