LEGO is setting sail with seven new One Piece sets later this summer – and preorders are open!

Summer 2025 is looking bigger and better for LEGO fans, with plenty of folks rushing to order many of the 50 new sets that just hit the market a few days ago, alongside the unveiled How To Train Your Dragon Toothless figure that is open for preorder. Today, we’re getting yet another big unveiling as The LEGO Group and Netflix reveal a brand new theme and seven new building sets based on the live-action adaptation of one of the greatest mangas/animes, One Piece – plus, preorders are open to lock yours down ASAP. Head below to get more information on these sets, as well as the in-store activities, offers, and GWPs that are planned, and see all the collected photos of these upcoming treasures.

Gather up all of the crew, it’s time to ship out Binks’ brew! As someone who’s been reading the One Piece manga by Eiichiro Oda since 1995, I cannot tell you how excited and happy this new theme and its seven starting sets makes me. LEGO and Netflix’s partnership is sure to be quite the eventful collaboration for builders, and we’re getting quite the maiden voyage here, slated for an August 1, 2025 release – with preorders now officially open! If you preorder any of these upcoming sets ahead of their release, you’ll also receive a LEGO ONE PIECE poster as an Insider reward. There will be a bunch more digital posters you can download from the LEGO Insiders Rewards Centre for 20 points each, starting on August 1.

There’s a nice mix of playsets for everyone, ranging from Brickheadz to a massive 3,402-piece 75640 The Baratie Floating Restaurant, and hitting plenty of the iconic scenes/episodes that we saw in the live-action’s first season. And of course, standing proudly at the forefront, you’ll finally be able to get the 75639 The Going Merry Pirate Ship in brick-built form! We’re also seeing quite the mix of minifigures mixed among the sets too, with the obvious five Straw Hats (Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji), as well as some key side characters (Zeff, Garp, Coby, Helmeppo, Buggy the Clown, Arlong, Hawk Eye Mihawk, Shanks, and more).

And that’s not all, as LEGO and Netflix are moving to higher gears right off the bat with several promotional activities that you can enjoy come August:

  • LEGO ONE PIECE Straw Hat Headband at LEGO Stores: From August 1, 2025
  • Gum Gum Fruit Make & Take at LEGO Stores: August 3 to 9, 2025
