Update 7/14: Ford has extended the first-ever savings on these e-bikes for an unknown time longer.
We’re getting a first-time chance at cash savings on Ford Bikes’ e-bike series, starting with the Mustang e-bike starting from $3,500 shipped, after using the code DEARBORN500 at checkout, which also includes the 60th Anniversary Red variant. Normally, these e-bikes have been keeping to their $4,000 price tags (and $4,390 pricing for the other colorways) since their release last year, with the deal here being the first chance at savings on their pricing that we have tracked. You’re looking at a sitewide $500 markdown off the going rate, dropping things to the best price we have seen anywhere. Head below to learn more about this model and the Bronco counterpart, or check out our launch coverage from Electrek.
Ford’s Mustang e-bike leverages the storied legacy of one of the most popular vehicles under its flag into a two-wheel commuter, with the best means to get a colored model without the extra charge being the 60th Anniversary model. It comes with a 750W rear wheel motor, a 720Wh battery, and four riding modes (Eco, Trail, Sport, Track) to give you up to 60 miles of travel range, with top speeds of 20 MPH using only the throttle and 28 MPH when utilizing the PAS system. Of course, as you’d expect, this model comes with the iconic Mustang badge upon the frame, complementing the Ford-inspired colorways.
In terms of additional features, there’s plenty here to heighten your riding experience, like the air-sprung front suspension fork, the air-sprung rear shock, Tektro 4-piston hydraulic brakes, a 9-speed Shimano Cues drivetrain, Pirelli Angel Urban GT tires, the 180-lux headlight, integrated triple-bar headlight, and full color display.
Right alongside that model, you can also grab the Bronco e-bike for $4,000 shipped, after using the code DEARBORN500 at checkout. This model comes nearly identical to the above model, with a few key differences. It sports the same 750W motor and 720Wh battery combination with four riding modes (Eco, Trail, Sport, Baja), delivering a similar 20 to 28 MPH max speed and 60-mile range. The main differences here are the Pirelli Scorpion Enduro M Hardwall tires, the bench seat saddle, and of course, the Bronco decal.
We’ve got plenty of ongoing 4th of July EV sales running through and past the upcoming holiday, like Lectric’s sale with up to $703 discounts on its e-bike bundles through July 7, or Rad Power’s sale that has the second-ever cash savings on the new Radster Trail and Road e-bikes through July 9. There’s also the sales we’re seeing from Tenways, Ride1Up, e-scooter lows from Navee’s sale, and much more collected into our Electrified Weekly roundup and Green Deals hub.
