By now all avid 9to5Toys readers will already know a few things about the Sony XM6 headphones – how much we loved them after testing them out for a few weeks ahead of and after the launch, and how the $450 price of entry is no small investment. However, you’ll also know we still love the XM5 set nonetheless, and you can land them at $100 off via Amazon today. 

Amazon is now offering all four colors of the Sony XM5 ANC headphones down at $299.99 shipped right now. This is a regularly $400 set of cans at $100 off the list price and coming within $17 of the Prime Day price we spotted for a couple days at the top of the month. 

Again, this is certainly not the new XM6 set, but for $150 less and no notable deals on the new set in site (until, maybe, Black Friday or October Prime Day), they are still a more than compelling set of cans and some of the best in the $300 price range for my money.
