This 40V Nitro lawn mower from Worx is one of the more recent models from the brand. What’s especially nice here for fans of the brand is the two included 20V 4.0Ah PowerShare batteries that not only provide the power to cover up to 1/4 acres of mowing duties on a single charge, but they can also be switched out for others or used within over 140 tools that are apart of the expansive PowerShare ecosystem. There’s a 16-inch deck housing a brushless motor 2.0, which is supported by Intellicut sensors that automatically adjust its output power based on the thickness and conditions of your grass.

You’ll have 6 positions for cutting heights to choose from, ranging from 1.5 inches to 3.5 inches – plus, there’s also the 2-in-1 functionality to either bag or mulch the clippings too. The whole thing weighs in at just 34 pounds, so it’s easier to move and maneuver through your yard, especially if you’ve got a complicated landscape, and you can’t beat the quieter performance that won’t get you in trouble with neighbors, as well as the push-button start and lack of fumes.

If you like the budget-friendly pricing on this model, but wish it came in a slightly different deck size, there are a few other options that provide the same functionality. First, there’s the Nitro 40V 14-inch model that is down at $217.55 shipped, with the same battery/charger package. There’s also the larger Nitro 40V 21-inch model with two batteries, but it’s sadly sitting nearly at its full $400 rate.
