Amazon has officially announced its big fall Prime Day event. Officially known as Prime Big Deal Days, Amazon is ready to host its next massive savings event for Prime members in early October and we have all of the details, dates, start times, and more for you waiting down below.
What is is Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days
Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days is effectively the massive fall Prime Day event, just with a different name. It is once again using the “Prime Big Deal Days” name for its big October savings event.
When is Amazon’s fall Prime Day event?
Unlike year’s past where Amazon officially announces the Prime Day event and then makes us wait weeks or months to know which days it will actually take place, this time around it is serving up the goods right now.
The fall Prime Day event, or Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days, will take place on October 7 and 8, 2025. The event will kick off at 12:01 a.m. PT/3:01 a.m. ET, just like it has for years.
The sale event will run for a full 48 hours, returning back to its usual two day format. This year Amazon’s summer Prime Day event ran for four days or 96 hours, but the fall event will be a more condensed two-day affair like we have seen in previous years.
Do you need to be a Prime member?
Much like the usual Prime Day event, the Prime Big Deal Days, as mentioned above, is the same thing. There will be deals up for grabs for non-members, but by and large the deals will only be available to Prime members.
What countries is Prime Day available in?
It will of course be running in full swing here in the U.S., but you can also expect to start ont he same days in several other countries as well: “Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the U.S., and the UK, and, for the first time, Colombia, Ireland, and Mexico.”
What will be on sale during the fall Prime Day?
The short form answer: Everything. Just about nothing is safe doing Prime Day events like Prime Big Deal Days – the deals will be in the millions, “beauty must-haves and top electronics to deals on some of the most anticipated gifts of the season.”
Amazon says “members can expect deals from toy brands including LEGO, Fisher-Price, MAGNA-TILES, and Tonies; electronics from Samsung, LG, and Sonos; and Amazon Exclusives from popular brands like Lancôme and National Tree Company.”
