The official Amazon gamepad typically carries a $70 list price, but Prime members can now land one down at $39.99 shipped.
Today’s deal knocks 43% off the $70 list price to deliver the best we can find. This deal lands on par with the lowest we have tracked this year, outside of refurb offers, to match both the July Prime Day discount and the offer we featured for Black Friday last year.
While this is the official Luna wireless gamepad, it is indeed a totally multi-platform affair that works on “Windows, Mac, Fire TV, Fire tablet, iPhone, iPad, Chromebook, and Android devices.” You can even pair it up with a 4K Fire TV Stick and a Game Pass sub to play hundreds of Xbox titles with no console.
