Hiboy has launched a Better Than Prime Day Sale with up to 52% discounts across its lineup of EVs, like the U2 Pro Electric Scooter for $899.99 shipped, which beats out its Amazon pricing by $354. Launched back in April, it’s been carrying a $1,500 MSRP since, which discounts have mostly kept costs above $1,060, with some other falls lower to $900, more often directly from the brand like we’re seeing during this sale. While the savings last, you’ll benefit from a $600 price cut from its MSRP to the lowest price we have tracked. Be sure to head below for more on this scooter and the other notable EVs seeing discounts.
Hiboy’s U2 Pro e-scooter is a cargo-capable sitting model with a 265-pound total payload and some impressive commuting power. The 750W motor (peaking at 810W) produces the power needed to handle up to 20% inclines while topping out at 25 MPH (should your state’s laws allow it over a liited 20 MPH speed). There’s also the 48V 13Ah battery that keeps things running for up to 34 miles on one full charge, with longer journeys all the more comfortable thanks to additions like the 3.5-inch thick memory foam seat. You can also rest assured if you live in an area with unpredictable weather, as it sports an IPX4 water-resistance rating.
As I mentioned, this is a cargo-cable model with an integrated rear cargo rack (that has a removable seat for passengers) and plenty more room for your feet due to the larger-than-normal footboard. It’s other features include 16-inch all-terrain snow tires, a 125mm rear suspension, dual 160mm disc brakes, a 70 lux headlight, a break-activated taillight, a twist throttle, a key ignition, conveniently integrated controls along the left handlebar, and a large 7-inch display for real-time information at a glance.
