Alongside some light ongoing launch deals on various Apple Watch Ultra 3 configurations at Amazon, it has just dropped the black Titanium model with the matching black Titanium Milanese Loop down to its lowest price yet…but even if you really want one right now like the rest of us, it might be the worst possible time to strike.

Amazon is now offering the black Apple Watch Ultra 3 with the black Titanium Milanese Loop down at $873 shipped. That’s clearly not a giant discount, but it is the very best cash discount we have tracked since the new model first debuted in early September.

This is a regularly $899 configuration that is now sitting at a new Amazon all-time low alongside a few other, more affordable models:

But with that out of the way, the PSA part of this PSA begins now – it’s Black Friday deal season folks and there’s a much better chance than not this sucker will be a whole lot less, and likely very soon.

Much like we have already detailed on the M5 MacBook Pro (and a bunch of other stuff for that matter), Black Friday is fast approaching with Doorbuster deals set to kick off starting tomorrow. While there is a chance the major retailers like Best Buy and Amazon sidestep the brand new flagship Apple Watch Ultra 3 simply because it is the brand new flagship Apple Watch Ultra 3, I wouldn’t bet on it. This is possible of course, but history indicates the deals might very well be coming very soon.

The black Apple Watch Ultra 2 is perhaps not the best comparison – it was effectively just a new color, but it is the closest analog we have in recent history to make predictions. It too released less than two months before its first Black Friday, and it was definitely on sale even before Black Friday came around.

Best Buy’s Black Friday 2024 doorbuster delivered a solid $80 price drop on the black Apple Watch Ultra 2 that was quickly matched on November 20, 2024, and maintained throughout the holiday shopping season at Amazon. And if it can happen to that brand new flagship wearable, it can happen to this year’s.

Again, we can’t know for sure, but we also don’t recommend pulling the trigger on this new release with such a slight discount right now.
