We are still awaiting official details on the Amazon Black Friday 2025 plans, but we are now tracking some early November price drops landing across its latest Fire HD tablets with discounts starting from $55. This includes various sizes of the current-gen lineup as well as some kids models all now back at the Prime Day pricing with up to 50% in savings.

You’re looking at some serious discounts here with as much as 50% in savings. These deals are not only on par with the October Prime Day deals but they are largely the same discounts we tracked for Black Friday 2025.

Amazon’s latest Fire tablets that come along with Alexa+ deliver some serious value for casual users. For as low as $55, you’re getting a full-featured tablet that can browse the web, support video calls, handle all of your social media needs, and a whole lot more. They are great for the whole family and not so precious (expensive) that you need to worry about them all that much getting passed around or in the hands of the kids.

They might very well drop a touch lower for Black Friday this year, but it would not be odd to see Amazon deliver deals weeks ahead of the time like this and just leave them running right through the main event too – this is already up to 50% off after all. They could drop a touch lower, and you can bet additional configurations will get added to the list, but it’s hard to deny these price drops anyway.

Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet features:

  • Fire HD 8 offers an 8″ HD display for seamless streaming and gaming, coupled with a 5MP rear facing camera for photos—with a thin, light, durable design.
  • Responsive with all day battery life – Includes 3GB RAM (50% more than 2022 release), 32GB of storage, and up to 1 TB of expandable storage (sold separately). Up to 13 hours of reading, browsing the web, watching videos, gaming, and listening to music at home and on-the-go.
  • Save time, get creative – Enjoy three smart tools to help you send polished emails, quickly summarize webpages, and create unique wallpapers.
  • Stream or download your favorite shows, movies, and games (like Minecraft, Roblox, and more). Enjoy your favorite content from Facebook, Hulu, Instagram, TikTok, and more through Amazon’s Appstore (Google Play not supported. Subscription for some apps required).
  • Stay connected with family and friends – ask Alexa to make video calls to friends and family or download apps like Zoom.
