Logitech’s new Alto Keys K98M keyboard with transparent shell, cushion gasket, more now up for grabs

After debuting the new MX Master 4 ergonomic mouse not too long ago, Logitech is now back with another new peripheral. This time, it’s debuting a new keyboard called the Alto Keys K98M, which is now joining the brand’s growing lineup. This one, however, is different from the ones we’ve seen from Logitech, and it’s now going after enthusiasts with some neat features. The Alto Keys K98M is now up for grabs in Off-White, Graphite, and Lilac colorways, and you can snag one for $119.99 shipped. Head below for a closer look and more details.

Logitech Alto Keys K98M now up for grabs

The highlight of Logitech’s new Alto K98M is its UniCushion gasket design. It essentially uses a vibration-absorbing gasket that dampen the slight shakes and buzz you normally get when typing hard on mechanical keys. The result, according to the brand, is going to be a much softer typing experience. It’ll also help with acoustics by dampening the sound, meaning you should hear less of those case pings and rattling noise. Notably, the Alto K98M is also highly customizable thanks to its hot-swappable PCB, which comes pre-installed with Marble switches. These are topped with PBT keycaps that come in different colors based on the variant you pick.

The Alto K98M, as you can tell, is a full-sized keyboard that comes with a 98-key layout, so you get the full functionality with a Function row and numpad. All three versions feature a translucent shell that gives it a unique look compared to most Logitech keyboards and helps it blend nicely with different desk setups. It supports tri-mode connectivity – Bluetooth, Logi Bolt USB receiver, and USB-C – giving you flexibility across devices. You also get AI-powered personalization through the Logi Options+ app, compatibility with multiple platforms, including Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS, and up to 12 months of wireless battery life.

The Logitech Alto K98M wireless mechanical keyboard, as previously mentioned, is now up for grabs. You can get it in Graphite, Lilac, and Off White finishes for $119.99 shipped.
