Black Friday 2025 Watch List: Key start dates, under the radar early sales, more [Updated]

Black Friday month has officially begun and the early deals are already in full swing, as we have already reported on extensively. Best Buy and Target were, by and large, the first major retailers out of the gate with big-time early sales and they have not disappointed – the best prices ever on the new Google Pixel 10 lineup and $99 price drops on Apple Watch Ultra 3 are a tiny fraction of the highlights here. But this year’s schedule is not exactly a uniform one, and perhaps less organized from retailer-to-retailer than in recent memory – consider this post your Black Friday Watch List, an organized collection of the key dates you need to have on your radar.

Black Friday 2025 Watch List

We have already delivered the official start dates for timed early Black Friday sales, weekly doorbusters, and the main events at several major retailers. But it is an exhaustive and extensive list of sales to keep track of. This post will guide you through the biggest sales in chronological order to make sure you are ready to go and don’t miss out on the biggest deals of the year as they happen.

Now, there is of course loads of other retailers and brands running Black Friday sales this year, but these are the key dates, the retailers that will likely have the biggest and best deals on most goods, and where you will find aggressive price matching.

Some other key dates to lock in are the new Daily Deals Target is offering every 24 hours through the entire month and the rest of the Black Friday Best Buy Doorbusters:

One very obviously glaring omission here is Amazon. The retailer that will arguably have the best deals and the most aggressive price matching campaign in full swing has yet to officially reveal the start dates of its Black Friday sale. Last year’s start date had the Amazon Black Friday sale kicking off a full week ahead of Thanksgiving, and we are expecting much of the same – something to the effect of November 20 or November 21 is a safe bet here. Amazon will likely have some of its in-house tech products dropping price between then and now it has already started a particularly assertive price matching crusade on big-time tech:
