Nomad debuts must-see new Titanium Stratos Apple Watch band with glowing Icy Blue interior

Nomad introduced one of the nicest and most unique (before the budget brands started to drop cheap clones anyway) metal bracelet-style Apple Watch bands last year. It is known as the Stratos and today it is debuting  very special new color treatment

Glowing Icy Blue x Stratos Apple Watch Band

The Stratos delivers a sort of modernized take on the link-style Apple Watch band while still managing to feature a hint of an almost ‘70s-style look from the world of traditional horology. It features a Titanium build with a rubber-like FKM interior that delivers a kind of subtle two-tone pop of color. I really like it.

The brand originally released it in black and natural grade 4 titanium to match your Apple Watch with a seres of FKM colors lining the inside of the band. Because of the way the titanium links flex around the wrist, the underlying color treatments pop through in a subtle way to add a touch of interest to the look and feel.

But today, Nomad has decided to line the inside of its Stratos Band with Limited Edition Icy Blue Glow interior links. Nice.

A black and blue watch with blue lights

While the full on glow in the dark sport bands it has released in the past are definitely interesting, that’s far too much glow for me personally. This more elegant and subtle approach we have here though is something else entirely. And the soft blue treatment even when it isn’t glowing is a wonderful addition to the lineup if you ask me. I really like it.

The new Stratos Titanium Band with the Icy Blue glowing interior is available now for what sounds like a limited time at $189 shipped.
