By the looks of it, and the “Last Chance” tag on the listing, Bose it about to discontinue its sweet Lunar Blue QuietComfort Ultra Bluetooth Headphones – likely all of the now previous-generation Ultra models. Fortunately, its Spring Sale is now live and you can still score them at $150 off via Amazon.
Amazon is now offering the Lunar Blue Bose QuietComfort Ultra Bluetooth Headphones at $279 shipped. Regularly $429, you’re looking at a solid $150 in savings on the sticker price and the best we can find. They have, when in stock anyway, been sitting closer to $300 or $350 over the last few months, but it appears as though Bose is looking to clear them out at an even lower price now.

Yes, this is the now previous-generation QuietComfort Ultra set, but as someone who owns both these and the newer 2nd Gen set, I’d say landing a pair of these right now at $150 off, or $170 under the price of the newer set is still a great value. They are, at least for me, largely the same in terms of performance and deliver more than enough ANC action at a price like this. I really like the shinier eared connectors on the new set, and the ANC is a touch better, but both sets look and sound nearly the same otherwise.
