Apple’s 24GB/1TB M5 MacBook Pro drops to best price of the year at Amazon ($240 off launch)

While the M5 MacBook Air price drops are starting to jump back up, we are starting a new work week off with some solid MacBook Pro offers. Firstly, this 16-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro has hit a new all-time low at $200 off, and now this less expensive 14-inch M5 model has dropped to the best price of the year at $240 under its late 2025 launch price.

Amazon is now offering the Space Black 14-inch M5 MacBook Pro with 24GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage space at $1,759 shipped

This is the best price we have tracked this year on this model after tracking it at $1,799 for most of March. Today’s deal lands within $10 of the best deal we have ever tracked on this model as well – the only other time it has sold for less was during Black Friday last year at $1,749.

You’re looking at the latest 2025 M5 MacBook Pro here. This config launched at $1,999 and is now $240 less than that. However, with the launch of the new M5 Pro lineup last month, Apple also upgraded the M5 lineup’s storage tiers, effectively dropping the price of this setup to $1,899. Even still, this is $140 off and the lowest price we have spotted in 2026.

For those looking to make a jump up to the 2026 M5 Pro or M5 Max lineups, scope out the best deals down below – be sure to take note of the entry 16-inch model as it has now hit its best price ever:
