Sony’s Marathon Edition DualSense controller, which hit the scene earlier this year, is seeing a notable discount today down at $69.68 shipped. This particular gamepad debuted earlier this year at $85 and has mostly been fetching its full price. It saw its first big discount earlier this month when it hit the $80 mark, but today’s deal, however, marks the steepest price drop we have tracked for it to date at 18% off. This is the lowest we have seen this controller fetch to date, so be sure to snag it after getting more details below.
This DualSense design, as you probably already know, draws inspiration from Bungie’s Marathon game’s visual style. It’s a design built around bold graphics and angular shapes pulled from the game’s futuristic aesthetics. It’s a pretty good unit to have in your collection, even if you’re not a fan of the game, as it looks pretty neat overall. Outside of its custom design, though, this is your standard DualSense controller, which pairs well with both PS5 and PC, offering multi-device connectivity. You can even pair it with your Android phone or an iPhone for mobile gaming.
If you’re really keen on getting a gamepad for your smartphone, though, Razer’s Kishi Ultra controller grip is also worth considering while it’s down to $63. It’s Type-C model with Hall effect support, and you can even pair with an iPad for on-the-go gaming.
