This 48GB/2TB M5 Pro MacBook Pro is $400 off the list price right now (Best deal yet)

The M5 and M5 Pro MacBook Pro deals are soaring this week with new all-time lows on both more affordable models and higher-end upgraded variants with up to $300 off the list (check them out below). But if you’re looking for a real beast of a machine without spending M5 Max money, this 48GB model is now $400 off the list price.

B&H is now offering the 16-inch M5 Pro MacBook Pro with 48GB of RAM and 2TB of storage down at $3,099 shipped

That’s clearly still a pricey machine, but we are talking about a pretty stacked spec sheet here with the larger 16-inch display, and a frankly giant $400 off the list price considering this thing is barely two months old.

These sorts of machines are not worth it for most users, but if you’re looking for the sort of setup that can support just about anything you throw at it, be it serious simulation work and AI modeling through to heavy Final Cut workloads and the like, this machine can almost certainly handle it with ease whether you’re at home or on-the-go.

It is also worth mentioning that Amazon does not sell a 16-inch M5 Pro with 48GB of RAM and 2TB of storage – you have to bump up to the M5 Max chip and a whopping $4,199 price tag (that’s $200 off too).

The highest-end M5 Pro 16-incher Amazon sells – this is relevant because you won’t score one with a deal from Apple – features the same 48GB of RAM but with 1TB of storage space at $2,850 shipped right now. That’s a deal and a notable option if you don’t need the 2TB, but you can land this same machine for $50 less at B&H right now.

For everyone else, folks who can easily make do without getting into the wild RAM/storage counts, scope out the highlights from this week’s MacBook Pro deals below:
