Sony launches new Sandstone colorway for latest WH-1000XM6 ANC Headphones [Launch deal]

Much like we saw when hit debuted the new next-gen WF-1000XM6 wireless earbuds, Sony is launching the all-new 1000X The Collexion premium headphones today alongside a new colorway for its lauded WH-1000XM6 AMC headphones.

New Sandstone WH-1000XM6 debut today

While the new 1000X The Collexion deliver a more premium build and high-end bespoke driver, the existing WH-1000XM6 from 2025 remain the brand’s best in class ANC cans and today it is introducing a new colorway.

The new Sand Pink treatment for the WH-1000XM6 Noise Canceling Headphones debuted back in February and today Sony is revealing (and launching) the new Sandstone vibe:

The new Sandstone XM6 are, much like the pink set, exactly the same as the previously-released version just with a new muted earth tone colorway.

The Sandstone XM6 headphones are going up for sale today directly from Sony with a launch deal and over at Amazon with a $30 gift card.

I happened to come away quite impressed with the XM6 after getting a chance to test them out ahead of launch last year, leaving them as an easy recommendation for folks looking towards a proper set of cans in the price range.

And for those looking to take it up a notch, for something in that audiophile-grade category, you’ll want to scope out the new 1000X The Collexion. Launching today in celebration of 10-years of 1000X Sony headphones, a complete breakdown and more on what to expect awaits in our launch coverage right here.
