Amazon officially reveals 4-day 2026 Prime Day start times, dates, and details

Amazon has now officially confirmed the start time and dates for the 4-day 2026 Prime Day sale.

Back in late April it announced that it was shipping one of its biggest shopping event of the year up a month this year, from July to June, and now we know exactly when.

When is Prime Day 2026?

The 2026 Amazon Prime Day event will start on June 23, as per its official announcement on the Amazon News page. The early deals are now live on this page.

What time does Prime Day start this year?

Amazon Prime Day will start on 12:01 a.m. PDT/3:01 a.m EDT on June 23.

How long is Prime Day?

While historically speaking the summer Amazon Prime Day event has been a 2-day affair, last year it switched over to a 4-day event and it is once again following that format for 2026. The massive sale event will start on June 23 and continue right through to June 26 at 12:01 PDT/June 27 at 3:01 a.m. EDT.

As part of today’s official announcement, Amazon said it will be “bringing millions of exclusive deals” to its Prime members this year across more than 35 product categories, including “clothing, beauty, kitchen, home, and electronics.”
