Last month Bose debuted its all-new second-gen QuietComfort Headphones, just before pre-orders went live on the all-new Sport Open Earbuds and next-gen Ultra Open, and today we are getting the first discounts on the new, more affordable 2nd Gen over-ears.
Amazon is now offering the new Bose QuietComfort Headphones (2nd Gen) down at $319 shipped.
Already listed at well under the regularly $449 Bose QuietComfort Ultra (2nd Gen) – now available in a new Olive Green and a sort of Burgundy to match iPhone 18 Pro, the latest standard QuietComfort Headphones (2nd Gen) carry a $359 list price are now seeing the very first chance to score a set for less.
Amazon has all five of the colors it offers down at $319 shipped right now: Eucalyptus Green, Black, Dewdrop Mint, Rosewood Mauve, and the standard White set.
While not a massive discount, this is the first deal and the lowest price we have tracked on the latest and already more affrodbale 2nd Gen QuietComforts. If you ask me, the performance on the standard QuietComfort cans has always been good enough for most folks.
The new set includes “Cinema Mode” for the first time – “an Immersive Audio Mode designed for clearer dialogue while maintaining a wide, externalized soundstage for video content” – alongside a new “industrial design featuring an updated headband with smooth adjustable sliders, more plush cushioning and oval-shaped earcups.”
At $319, they get you very close to that flagship range without spending nearly as much, landing at over $200 under the price of the latest AirPods Max 2, and $120 under the latest Bose Ultra set:
