PSA: Apple can’t ship HomeView and Apple 4K TV on time anymore, but Amazon still can

Delivery times are already starting to slip for the new HomeView and next-gen Apple TV 4K at Apple. Not only can you get HomeView for less at Amazon anyway, but it is still shipping them on delivery day (as of the time of writing).

While some locations are still seeing delivery times by mid-November (shortly after delivery day), loads of locations are already getting bumped into late November, as my colleagues at 9to5Mac have already pointed out. Select HomeView colors are listed with November 16 delivery at the earliest and Apple TV 4K has moved well into the month and isn’t landing on doorsteps until as late as November 27.

These times will get bumped further and further away as time goes on, and the same will happen at Amazon sooner than later as well. At this rate you’ll be lucky to even het an Apple TV 4K in November if you wait much longer at Apple.

However, as of right now, Amazon is still delivering the new HomeView in all four colors, as well as Apple TV 4K on day one (the new Apple TV Siri Remote at $59 is still shipping on time as well):
