Just ahead of the launch of Amazon’s brand new Kindle aluminum and its all-new Alexa Android tablets, it released the new Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K with a solid 50% launch deal – that same discount is now live again.
Amazon is now offering its new Fire TV Stick 4K down at $29.99 with free shipping for Prime members or in orders over $35.
This new model carries a $60 list price and is now available with a deep 50% discount.
Back at launch less than a month ago, Amazon debuted the new $60 Fire TV Stick with an on-page discount code that delivered this same price we are getting here today. However, after jumping back to full price thereafter, Amazon is now delivering a straight up cash discount on the new streamer to match the lowest price we have tracked to date.
You can also secure the new included remote here on its own to upgrade your existing Fire TV experience for just $15 Prime shipped, but there is no discount right now.
We detailed the upgraded feature set on this model in our launch coverage right here, but we will touch on some highlights here. Alongside the ability to deliver “content from nearly 20–40% faster than a similarly priced 4K stick from another leading brand,” the new model features a slimmer form factor and a new Direct Power feature “that lets customers power the device using a TV’s USB port with the included cable.”
