Best Buy has one of the best 2K OLED Windows laptop deals right now at $400 (All time low, today only)

New low/$400

Today only, as part of its Deals of the Day lineup, Best Buy is offering the Starlit Blue HP OmniBook 3 Snapdragon X Windows laptop for $399.99 shipped. This is the 8GB/256GB configuration that normally goes for $600, so you’re looking at a straight-up $200 discount on it right now. Today’s deal undercuts the previous all-time low we tracked last month by another $50, marking a new best price for this model. Not only is it one of the more affordable Windows laptops around, but it’s also among the few with a 2K OLED display in a price range still dominated by basic LCD panels. Head below for more details.

The HP OmniBook 3 on sale here is the more affordable 8GB/256GB configuration, pairing Qualcomm’s 8-core Snapdragon X chip with a 14-inch 2K OLED display. That screen is easily the standout feature, giving this entry-level model a much nicer panel than you’d usually expect at this price point. The hardware should be more than enough for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, schoolwork, and lighter productivity, while HP also rates the battery for more than 41 hours of use. It’s a pretty compelling setup if you want something affordable without settling for a basic LCD panel or an entry-level Chromebook.

Another discounted HP laptop worth a look today is the brand’s 14-inch 2K touchscreen Chromebook Plus, which is down to $400. This one’s also $200 off today and a solid alternative if you’d rather go with an Intel-powered ChromeOS machine instead.
