We are now tracking a deal at Amazon that drops Samsung’s 256GB P9 Express microSD card to $47.99 shipped. This model originally debuted at $55 before climbing much higher amid the recent storage price hikes, but today’s offer brings it back down to the lowest price we’ve tracked since those increases hit. Today’s deal takes 40% off its $80 usual going rate these days to land it $12 below the price we tracked for it earlier this month. Head below for more details.

Samsung’s P9 Express is one of the faster microSD cards around, with transfer speeds reaching up to 800MB/s for game storage, larger file transfers, and other more demanding uses. It comes in 256GB and 512GB capacities and remains compatible with both UHS-I and UHS-II hardware, giving you some flexibility across handhelds, cameras, and other supported devices. Samsung also rates the card for protection against water, extreme temperatures, and magnets, while backing it with a three-year warranty. You can also use Samsung Magician for things like authenticity checks, performance monitoring, and keeping an eye on drive health.
